We are looking for a Head of Sales to bring our sales capabilities to an uncompromised professional level.

You will develop and optimize the sales process of the GreenWay Operator for all our markets, directly engage in sales, play an active role in defining future GreenWay product lines, and more.

Job description

  • We aim to strengthen our sales capabilities in Austria, the Netherlands, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, with plans for a broader, European-wide expansion.
  • You will be responsible for the complete sales process: new client leads, customer acquisition, customer relationship management, and aftersales activities.
  • You will directly manage a sales team in Slovakia.
  • You will play an active role in defining the GreenWay products and service offerings as well the customer base.
  • You will be responsible for development and optimization of business processes in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Maintaining an effective CRM system, performance and reporting.
  • Leadership, coaching, and the development of direct reports.
  • Development of regionally specific sales concepts and strategies.
  • Participation in fairs, marketing events and exhibitions.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Several years of successful sales and executive experience in a similar position, preferably with an international company.
  • Good market and/or industry knowledge – leasing, logistics, automotive - preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills as well as ability to motivate the team.
  • You need to be competent, proactive and focused in your actions and approach, your conduct confident and friendly.
  • Hands-on-mentality with a strong focus on sales.
  • You need to be team-minded and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel a lot.
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written. German language an advantage.

We are looking for Chief Accountant for the Slovak HQ in Bratislava with responsibility for accounting of the GreenWay group including communication with GreenWay accountants in our European branches.

You will be responsible for the finance and accounting in Slovakia, preparing statutory accounting statements, VAT and CIT returns, salaries, analyzing financial reports, making recommendations. You will manage, instruct and assign work to accountants in GreenWay branches, coordinate accounting and budgeting matters with other departments and locations. You will be co-creator and driver of innovative ideas that could improve financial operation and efficiency within company.

By providing electric delivery vans as a service, we make the switch to electric easier and more affordable than ever before.

This is a new and innovative approach, based on quality OEM and custom designed electric vehicles and including infrastructure, el. energy, service & maintenance, a web based fleet management system, and true user support. This way, we accelerate the transition towards smart & clean last mile delivery, thus making the cities of Europe cleaner, healthier and happier places to live in.

The challenge ahead is to accelerate operations in Austria. We are looking for experienced sales and business development executive who will elevate our market operations from few pilot customers to hundreds of vehicles within the next 2 years.

Role description

  • Lead role in business development. Earns demo operations and long-term GreenWay Service contracts.
  • Builds local team and business partnerships in order to develop necessary local competences for successful delivery of the GreenWay Service:
    • Local type approvals and imports of our present / future EV models
    • Capacity to secure local senior debt for electric fleet
    • Capacity to secure available EV subsidies
    • Fleet service and maintenance capacity, provision of back-up cars
    • Access to 3rd parties’ infrastructure and capacity to develop own infrastructure
    • Provision of ongoing customer support
    • Provision of localized fleet management IT system
  • Business administration. Manages accounting, payroll, legal, reporting agendas that are handled by i) Bratislava HQ ii) office admin iii) outsourced to local agencies.
  • Engages with multiple stakeholders in order to direct or indirect local subsidies demo projects.
  • Brand ambassadorship. Managing local marketing and PR communications.
